How The FFP Method Was Formed


Carol used the knowledge from her training and experience as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Health Coach to create a way to think, eat and live that creates long-term results. She's followed and studied other diets and while some diets have good science behind their methods, they're either not practical to maintain and/or don't address the root cause of weight gain. She began building her meals using the FFP method and found weight loss and maintenance to be achievable, maintainable and generally health-promoting.

What if I take the course but I need more accountability?

Health Coaching Consultations are a great way to add accountability to your online course. Meet with me for 30 minutes and be challenged to grow! I'll help you make personalized changes to your diet and brain storm solutions to your personal obstacles.

What's your refund policy?

I certainly want you to be completely happy with the online course. If you complete the course, fill out your workbook completely and keep a one month food journal to show that you've followed my advice and still haven't gotten results then I'll give you a 100% refund.

I've got some questions about the course content. How do I get them answered?

You have a few options:

1. I schedule free zoom calls to answer questions in a group setting a few times after each enrollment period ends. You can come to one of these calls and ask your question.

2. You can email me at [email protected] with your question if you can't make it to a zoom call so I can answer your question. If you can't make it to the zoom calls live, you'll have access to the recording for 30 days.

3. If you have questions you'd like to ask me in a 1:1 health coaching session you can schedule a 30 minute consultation. When scheduling, put your questions at the bottom of the intake form so I can gather resources to help you the best.
